After 19 years of professional electrical work, its rare come across a product video that leaves me saying, “WOW!”
This WOW effect most recently happened over Ring’s new well designed LED Floodlight with a motion-sensing camera that links to your smartphone. I couldn’t wait for a test drive and luckily I didn't have wait too long before one of my customers in Greenville, SC requested installation of this awesome new device.
For the customer, they were excited to have a motion-sensing camera that linked straight to their phone and offered a ton of security features without costly monthly fees. The two-way audio, loud alarm, and bright floodlights make their home safer without a doubt. They will be able to see who is in the yard or at the front door without having to make themselves vulnerable by going to the door.
For me, the electrician, this product did not disappoint. The Floodlight was built rock solid and was designed for an efficient installation. Setting up the link to WiFi and their smartphone was straightforward. Seeing the security features in action was impressively accurate. What an impressive, well thought out product featuring
Motion Sensing Flood Lights is always a great way to add security lighting around your home, adding a built-in camera, two-way audio, and loud alarm makes it the best floodlight on the market as far as I’m concerned. I intend to install a few of the Ring Floodlight and the Ring Door Bell at my parents’ home soon.
We’ve had installation requests pop up all over the Upstate SC, from Greenville to Simpsonville to Mauldin to Greer and more. After personally following up with each of these homeowners, I haven’t heard a single negative review on this impressive product.
Here are some of the most popular favorite features:
Whether you decide to use the Ring Floodlight System or regular LED Floodlighting, it’s always a great idea have LED Security Lighting installed at your home. If you already have the old floodlights with old screw-in incandescent bulbs, changing them out to LED Floodlights is a simple Electrical Upgrade if you are certain the power is off before installation and you are comfortable on a ladder. If you need additional electrical wiring installed for new Lighting locations, please consider using a Licensed Electrician to ensure all electrical codes are meet and the installation is safe.
